A recent paper by the KäPy-team published in the Journal of Forest Economics (available here) presents results from a two-round Delphi study focusing on the relative strength of environmental concerns in driving wooden multi-storey construction in Finland and Sweden.
The issues related to sustainable development appear to have grown in importance in the marketplace, but more driven by the changing regulation reflecting societal needs than echoing from individual consumer needs.
